The Process

The possibilities for watercolor wedding invitations are truly endless. That’s why the process allows room for exploration and open-ended conversation—so together, we can create memorable works of art to share with all your guests.

Inquire below to arrange a 30 minute phone call so I can learn about your magical day.

Following the call, I will send an email with details about timeline, invitation suite assets, artwork, and quote.

Upon acceptance of the quote, I will ask for any additional inspiration (photos, ideas, etc.)

I will create a mock up of your invitations and stationery and share it with you for review.

Edits will be made, and a final approval sample — digital or physical — will be shared with you.

Invitations will be shipped and final payment is collected.

Estimated Investment & Time frame

The perfect invitation suite takes time.

I recommend allowing at least three months for design and six to eight weeks for printing, for a total of approximately five months of development.

Clients typically invest a minimum of $1000 for design work and $1,500 for printing. However, depending on the amount of watercolor artwork and print details—such as rounded corners, letterpress, or embossed elements—the investment may be higher.

After our initial call, I’ll provide an itemized estimate so you’ll know exactly how much to budget.

Keep in mind that we can always get creative to adjust costs when needed! The whimsical and elegant nature of watercolor alone can create beautiful wedding invitations and stationery.
